Exciting news for my business Omi Silver Handcrafted Jewelry and for other artisans of handmade goods who have been invited to sell on the new HANDMADE AT AMAZON which is set to launch this fall.
I received the following email after being invited and applying to sell on the new site.

We’re putting the finishing touches on our online registration process and will let you know as soon as registration is live. Once you register, you can begin setting up your shop and crafting your Artisan Profile.

As you may or may not know, Etsy is now allowing artisans to partner with outside manufacturers to produce their goods. Although this may still be considered buying handmade, many artisans feel it is a step away from buying directly from a person who designs and crafts the products they make from start to finish.
